Whoever Subscribes to another in accordance with the foregoing agrees to leave ENEVIA HEALTH absolutely harmless against any claim or liability that may be required as a result of this fact, whether it comes from said recipient of the tests or from any other third party. .

Payment

The price of the subscription, which will be 25 euros/year, which gives access to all the discounts on the website for one year, the accepted methods are the following:

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of current regulations regarding consumers and users, the Client may, without the need to justify their decision and without any penalty, exercise the right of withdrawal during the fourteen (14) calendar days following the date of purchase. ,

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must express it by sending an unequivocal communication to the ENEVIA HEALTH email address indicated in this Policy:

• Email address used for the purchase.

ENEVIA HEALTH will communicate by email the acknowledgment of receipt of the Customer's withdrawal and will reimburse the amount of the Code within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of the withdrawal request.

Any refund will be made through the same means of payment with which the Client made the transaction. In the event that the means of payment has been cancelled, expired or has ceased to be valid for any reason, the Client must notify the email address info@eneviahealth.com  Otherwise, ENEVIA HEALTH is not responsible for the refund, so the Client must contact their bank or payment service provider to process the refund.

The refund will be considered executed if the Customer does not reject it within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. The exercise of the right of withdrawal will extinguish the obligations of ENEVIA HEALTH LLC with the Client in relation to the Code and/or the Assistance Service on which he has withdrawn.

Subscription duration. Automatic renewal

The subscription has an annual duration, being understood to be automatically renewed for successive equal terms if the subscriber does not notify ENEVIA HEALTH otherwise before the end of each term.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Subscription Conditions are subject to Spanish law. In the event that any conflict or discrepancy arises in its interpretation or application, the Courts and Tribunals that, where appropriate, will hear the matter, will be those provided by the applicable legal regulations in matters of competent jurisdiction, in which it is attended, in the case of a final consumer natural person, to the place of fulfillment of the obligation or to the user's domicile.

Right to modify these conditions

ENEVIA HEALTH LLC may modify these conditions at any time without, in any case, retroactive application.
