Gluten Detect is the first home test to control the gluten-free diet and detect its intake in the last 2-24 hours.

This is a test to detect Gluten Immunogenic Peptides (GIP) or gluten fragments resistant to digestion.

Its use is recommended for people with celiac disease or gluten allergy who need to control their gluten-free diet, as well as all those who for other reasons want to avoid the intake of this protein.

The test is in cassette format, consisting of a plastic case where the test strip is inserted. It has a small round box, where the sample should be applied, and a reading panel where the results appear in 15 minutes.

How to use:
The urine sample is collected in a container.
Using the syringe (included), the urine is added to the tube containing the conditioning solution.
After shaking for a few seconds, the cap is unscrewed and 4 drops of the mixture are added to the box (S) of the cassette.
From this moment, the sample advances by capillarity along the strip and the reaction begins, the result of which is displayed after 15 minutes in the results panel.

Reading results:

Two lines indicate that the result is positive and gluten ingestion has occurred in the last 2-24 hours.
A single green line indicates a negative result.
A single or no red line indicates a invalid result.

Cautions and Warnings:

The foil wrapper of the cassette and the tube with the conditioning solution should not be opened until the time of use.
The kit is for home use and includes all the necessary material for the test.
The result only indicates whether gluten ingestion has occurred, thanks to the detection of GIP (gluten fragments) in the urine. It is not a diagnostic test for celiac disease.
