Serological and genetic test to diagnose Celiac Disease. The celiac disease (CD) it's a immune-based systemic disorder, caused by the ingestion of gluten and other related proteins that affects genetically susceptible individuals. Despite the advances in its knowledge and the development and improvement of serological tests, CD continues to be an underdiagnosed disease. This is largely due to the systemic nature of the disease, with involvement of multiple organs and systems, and the lack of specificity of its clinical manifestations. Its estimated prevalence in Spain ranges from 1/71 in the child population to 1/357 in the adult population. Trying to respond to families with neurodevelopmental problems, Enevia Health has created the Celiac Disease Study Pack. With a single blood sample In one of the many Synlab Laboratories distributed in Spain, you will be able to learn about the DQ2 and DQ8 antibodies and genetics to gluten. Together with the symptoms and the medical evaluation, you will be able to make the decision whether or not to remove gluten from the diet.

  • Anti Tissue Transglutaminase 2 TGT2 IgA.
  • Anti-endomysial bodies (anti-EmA).
  • Anti disseminated antiGliadin peptides (AntiDGP) IgA.
  • Anti disseminated antiGliadin peptides (AntiDGP) IgG.

Genetics
A-DQ2 (DQA1*0501/DQB1*0201)/HLA-DQ8 (DQA1*0301/DQB1*0302) TYPING.
THE DQ7 IS NOT STUDIED.
