Hello everyone, we finally got the probiotic Pendulum, the first on the market that we are aware of that contains the delicate and necessary Akkermasia muciniphila bacteria among others equally difficult to obtain today.

But first, I will briefly tell you why we are so interested in getting this probiotic.

Pendulum has launched a product with the following beneficial strains to restore impaired bowel function in people with type 2 diabetes:

– Akkermansia muciniphila WB-STR-0001

– Clostridium beijerinckii WB-STR-0005

– Clostridium butyricum WB-STR-0006

– Eubacterium hallii WB-STR-0008

– Bifidobacterium infantis 100

These bacteria have been selected by DNA based on their ability to metabolize fiber and the production of butyrate, an anti-inflammatory short-chain fatty acid that plays an important role in the body for signaling insulin production. Also, it is important to note that Pendulum Glucose is marked as a medical probiotic, rather than a dietary supplement.

From there, a series of emails was launched to the supplier Pendulum, requesting a discount on the purchase of the probiotic, faithful to our business mission of reducing expenses for families with some neurodevelopmental pathology, since the Pendulum Glucose Control does not It's cheap precisely, it costs 198 dollars per bottle. And in addition, to the complication of such a high price, there was a double difficulty:

1) Pendulum Company does not supply anything outside the US.

2) Pendulum's probiotic must maintain the cold chain at all times. So we couldn't just order them and that's it, even if we had an American address.
