We visit the Inbiomiter laboratory
Enevia Health has visited the facilities of the Inbiomiter laboratory in Malaga, where they have developed a specific proteomic test to analyze the patient's brain neurodevelopment with the aim of granting a personalized treatment that adjusts to the exclusive therapeutic needs of the person.
Given the relevance of the data offered by the proteomic test, we wanted to know first-hand the work and the person behind the creation of this test that provides us with data, among others, on the immune system, inflammation, autoimmunity, the possibility of developing tumors, or plasticity neuronal, and in general of the general state of a person affected by neurodevelopmental problems.
The test was devised by Dr. Sinforiano J. Posadas, Doctor in Biochemistry and researcher, consultant in several bio-technological companies, owner of several international patents, 38 published research papers, and a long etc...
The Inbiomiter proteomic test analyzes relevant molecules, including the following molecules in blood:
- VEGF-A, vascularization factor.
- FGF-B, fibroblast growth factor.
- BDNF, brain-derived neurotrophic factor (important).
- Granzyme A and B, cytotoxic markers.
- IL-1β, proinflammatory cytokine.
- Interferon gamma (IFN-γ), macrophage-activating cytokine.
- IL-4, Interleukin regulator of the immune system.
- TNF-alpha, tumor necrosis factor.
- IL-6, anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammatory interleukin.
- IL-10, anti-inflammatory and immunoregulatory, capable of inhibiting the synthesis of proinflammatory cytokines by T lymphocytes.
- IL-17, autoimmunity marker.
- LIF, leukemia inhibitory factor.
- PD-1 and CD279, programmed cell death protein, very useful data in cases of cancer, HIV, Alzheimer's, among others.
- CD155, high levels of this protein indicate tumor processes.
- Arginase enzyme, key enzyme of the urea cycle. Data that is especially important in neurodevelopmental problems and that we will deal with exclusively and in depth in future posts.
Finally, the proteomic test proposes a microimmunotherapy treatment* tailored to the results obtained by the patient whose duration ranges between 3 and 9 months. This treatment consists of taking monoclonal antibodies (proteins) at low doses whose diluting measures correspond to those used by homeopathy. Therefore, it is an allopathic treatment, different from homeopathy, although its presentation in the form of sublingual granules may remind of it.
The doctor. Sinforiano J.Posadas is proud, how could it be otherwise, of having helped medical professionals to improve autistic symptoms in several patients with this pathology and other diseases, since the low activity of the immune system in these patients has been demonstrated , and recognizes that he does not have the magic formula to solve the puzzle of autism in its entirety… still, let's give him time ;).
Sergio Garcia.
* "The microimmunotherapy It is a therapy whose objective is to restore correct communication between the cells of the immune system. It uses the same messengers as the immune system to help it recover its natural defense capacity against attackers or to reduce its reaction when it is excessive.»
